ALIXPARTNERS

The restructuring firm said it has added two new directors in its financial advisory services practice: Christopher Coleman, based in Dallas, and Robert Everett, based in New York.

SIDLEY AUSTIN

The law firm said David Hill, former general counsel of the U.S. Department of Energy will join the firm as a partner and co-head of its global energy practice, based in the Washington, D.C. office.

MARSH ITALY

The insurer appointed Flavio Piccolomini as chief executive of Marsh Italy and Emanuele Cordero di Vonzo as general manager.

Piccolomini was previously with Willis, where he was chief executive of its continental Europe business.
