March 4 (Reuters) - Tundra Semiconductor Corp (TUN.TO) posted better-than-expected quarterly profit, helped by higher revenue from its products business, but forecast fourth-quarter results below market estimates.

The small technology firm posted a third-quarter loss of C$1.1 million, or 6 Canadian cents a share, compared with C$54.0 million or C$2.73 per share, a year earlier.

Excluding charges, the company broke even.

Analysts on average expected the company to post a loss of 2 Canadian cents a share, excluding items, on revenue of C$15.1 million, according to Reuters Estimates.  Continued...
