 July 15 (Reuters) - The following financial services
industry appointments were announced on Wednesday. To inform us

 GLOBAL CREDIT ADVISERS
 The hedge fund manager said Kirk Wortman, most recently
managing partner of RivCap Partners LP, has joined the firm as
managing director, special situations investments. Wortman, who
will work closely with Chief Investment Officer Steve Hornstein
and Director of Research John Fusek, will focus on leveraged
loans, distressed investments and special situations.
 ANDERSON KILL & OLICK
 The law firm said Todd Duffy, a former principal of Duffy &
Atkins LLP, has joined as head of the firm's bankruptcy and
restructuring practice. Dennis Nolan, formerly an associate at
Duffy & Atkins, will also join Anderson Kill.
 ICAP PLC (IAP.L: Quote, Profile, Research)
 The interdealer broker named John Sievwright, 54, most
recently chief operating officer, international, for Merrill
Lynch based in New York, Tokyo and London, as an independent
non-executive director.
 ADVENT INTERNATIONAL
 The global private equity firm said P. Jayendra Nayak,
formerly the chairman of India's Axis Bank (AXBK.BO: Quote, Profile, Research), had
joined Advent's operating partner program to advise on Indian
investment opportunities.
 CLAYTON DUBILIER & RICE
 The private equity firm said Paul Pressler, former
president and chief executive of Gap Inc (GPS.N: Quote, Profile, Research), has joined
the firm as an adviser.
 NEPTUNE INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT
 The company named Andrew Taylor, previously regional sales
manager with responsibility for Northern England, Scotland and
Northern Ireland at Credit Suisse Asset Management, as
intermediary sales manager with responsibility for Northern
England and Scotland. He will report to Adam Hughes, head of
intermediary sales.
 ING CLARION PARTNERS
 The real estate asset manager named Amy Luparella Boyle,
formerly vice president and controller at GoldenTree InSite
Partners, as senior vice president and chief financial officer
for one of its core strategy products. Boyle, to be based in
New York City, rejoins ING Clarion after three years
elsewhere.
 LEGAL & GENERAL INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT
 The company named James Finch, previously head of liquidity
sales at Barclays Global Investors (BARC.L: Quote, Profile, Research), as head of
financial institutions, with responsibility for the sale and
distribution of LGIM's investment capabilities.
 GE CAPITAL
 The finance arm of conglomerate General Electric Co (GE.N: Quote, Profile, Research)
named James Fenner as the new head of capital markets for GE
Capital in EMEA. Fenner, who will be based in London, was
previously the head of leveraged loan capital markets with
Merrill Lynch.
 CCMP CAPITAL ADVISORS
 Richard Zannino, former chief executive of Dow Jones, is
joining private equity firm CCMP Capital Advisors, The Wall

 BANK OF AMERICA CORP (BAC.N: Quote, Profile, Research)
 Bank of America Corp (BAC.N: Quote, Profile, Research) is mounting a campaign to
rehire several of the more than three dozen senior Merrill
Lynch & Co investment bankers who quit after the firms merged,
Bloomberg reported, citing people familiar with the efforts.

 The global fund manager named Michael Geier as investment
director, Germany and Austria. Geier was previously managing
director at ABN AMRO Asset Management, Germany.
