MUMBAI, Nov 12 (Reuters) - Sikorsky Aircraft, a subsidiary of diversified U.S. manufacturer United Technologies (UTX.N), and India's Tata Advanced Systems have formed a joint venture to make aerospace components for Sikorsky, the companies said.

Components for the cabins of United Technologies' S-92 helicopters will be among those made by the joint venture.

Tata Advanced Systems is a unit of Tata Sons, the holding company for the Tata industrial empire, whose listed enterprises have a combined market capitalisation of about $60 billion. (Reporting by Pratish Narayanan; Editing by John Mair)
