BRIEF-Jyske Bank says to issue 10.8 mln new shares

COPENHAGEN, Nov 9 (Reuters) - Denmark's second biggest bank, Jyske Bank (JYSK.CO) said on Monday:

* Sets 1-for-5 rights issue at 110 Danish crowns per share.

* To offer 10.8 million new shares in rights issue.

* Rights issue fully underwritten.

* Capital increase will enable bank to exploit growth potential.

* Rights issue means Jyske Bank will decline state hybrid core capital injection.

* Jyske Bank shares up 0.5 pct at 0815 GMT, lagging the DJ Stoxx European bank index .SX7P, which was 1.4 pct higher.
