COPENHAGEN, Nov 9 (Reuters) - Denmark's financial watchdog aims to demand fines against DONG Energy [DONG.UL] for failure to submit certain information to it, the Danish state-owned utility said on Monday.

"According to the Danish FSA, DONG Energy, being an issuer of bonds listed in London and Luxembourg, was under an obligation to submit copies of certain published company announcements and financial reports to the Danish FSA," DONG said in a statement.

DONG Energy said it had not withheld information from its bond investors or other stakeholders. "We consider it a technical slip that a copy of this information has not been submitted to the Danish FSA," it said.
