BBVA (BBVA.MC)

Spain's second largest bank is expected to up its stake in China's Citic Bank (0998.HK) to 15 percent from its current 10 percent, the Financial Times reported on Monday, citing people familiar with the matter, although the bank told the paper it had not made a final decision. INDITEX (ITX.MC)

Europe's largest clothing retailer has decided to make some changes to its distribution centre to increase efficiency, including channelling all its men's clothing through its Arteixo centre, Cinco Dias reported on Monday.
