HANOI, July 6 (Reuters) - Vietnam's top oil product importer and distributor Petrolimex has reached an agreement to purchase refined products from Vietnam's first refinery, the 140,000-bpd Dung Quat plant, the government said.

Under the contract, Petrolimex, which commands the lion share of about 60 percent of the domestic oil product market, would buy 20,000 tonnes of gasoline, 25,000 tonnes of diesel and 25,700 tonnes of kerosene from Dung Quat, the government said in a report seen on Monday.

It did not provide pricing details but Dung Quat's operator, state oil monopoly Petrovietnam, has said it would price Dung Quat products similar to international prices.

Dung Quat is expected to run at full steam on August 25 after six month of test run, Petrovietnam said. (Reporting by Nguyen Nhat Lam; Editing by Jerry Norton)
