HELSINKI, Nov 9 (Reuters) - Top cellphone maker Nokia (NOK1V.HE) said on Monday:
* Says to recall some phone chargers
* Says "limited number of chargers" affected, made by China's BYD Co Ltd (1211.HK)
* Says BYD to cover all costs from charger replacements
* Says about 14 mln chargers affected by the exchange programme
