NOTE - China Mobile (0941.HK) (CHL.N) (VOD.L) is a cellular
services provider.

The company does not propose any special dividend during the
period under review, compared with a special dividend of HK$0.085
per share the same period a year ago.

The company said its planned dividend payout ratio for the
full year of 2008 is 43 percent.

The calculation of share earnings is based on the weighted
average of 20,037.86 million shares in issue during the year vs
19,993.72 million shares in issue during the previous year.

The average forecast, according to a poll by Reuters, was for
a net profit of 52.49 billion yuan for the first half ended June
2008.
