ISTANBUL, July 13 (Reuters) - Turkish petrochemical refiner Petkim (PETKM.IS), a joint venture between Azerbaijan's state oil firm Socar and Turkey's Turcas (TRCAS.IS), says: * Signs memorandum of understanding on potential co-operation and capacity increase with Turkey's Akkok, which has interests in chemicals, energy and textiles.
