ISTANBUL, Nov 9 (Reuters) - Petrol Ofisi (PTOFS.IS), Turkey's biggest chain of gas stations: * Says its third-quarter net profit was 119.5 million lira ($81.3 million) versus 117.8 million lira in the same period of 2008. * Says its sales dropped 23 percent to 4.06 billion lira.
