ISTANBUL, Nov 10 (Reuters) - Turkey's Council of State suspended three articles in a nuclear tender held last year, rendering the tender invalid, Mehmet Soganci the chief of an engineering body that opened a court case against the tender process, said on Tuesday.

Russian Inter RAO IRAO.IS, Atomstroiexport and Turkey's Park Teknik won the tender last year but have been in protracted negotiations over electricity pricing.

It was unclear which next steps would follow.
