ISTANBUL, Nov 10 (Reuters) - Enka Insaat (ENKAI.IS), Turkey's largest construction company: * Says net profit jumped 166 percent to 266.8 million lira ($182 million) verus a forecast of 161 million lira. * Says revenue in the third quarter was 1.795 billion lira versus 2.379 billion in the same period a year ago.
