FACTBOX - Security developments in Iraq
(Reuters) - Following are security developments in Iraq at 10:15 a.m. British time on Thursday.

* DIYALA - Iraqi forces have detained 100 militants and seven policemen in Diyala as part of a big offensive, said the commander of security operations in the province, Major-General Abdul-Kareem al-Rubaie. The operation began on Tuesday.
QAIYARA - Three policemen were killed and four were wounded when a suicide bomber rammed his car into a police centre in the town of Qaiyara, 290 km (180 miles) north of Baghdad, police said.
MOSUL - Gunmen killed Yousuf Ahmed, a member of the Iraqi Islamic Party, in Mosul on Wednesday, police said. The party is one of three groups in the main Sunni Arab bloc in the national parliament.
SAMARRA - Three U.S.-backed neighbourhood patrol guards were killed and two were wounded on Wednesday when a roadside bomb exploded near their checkpoint in the city of Samarra, 100 km (60 miles) north of Baghdad, police said.
TAL AFAR - A roadside bomb killed a policeman on Wednesday in the town of Tal Afar, 420 km (260 miles) northwest of Baghdad, police said.
MOSUL - Gunmen killed an off-duty soldier on Wednesday in Mosul, police said.
