Microsoft undecided on next EU legal steps
LUXEMBOURG (Reuters) - Microsoft's top lawyer said on Monday the company had not yet decided what, if any, legal steps to take after an EU court ruled against the software giant in an antitrust case.
Microsoft, no stranger to court cases relating to its business practices, has for the most part appealed rulings against it.
"I think we need to read the decision before we make any decision," Microsoft General Counsel Brad Smith told reporters when asked whether the company would appeal.
