Shirley Bassey to star at Glastonbury

LONDON (Reuters) - Dame Shirley Bassey will be among the headliners at this year's Glastonbury festival, joining The Who, Kaiser Chiefs and Amy Winehouse.

Also performing on the main Pyramid Stage during the three-day event will be Arctic Monkeys, Lilly Allen, Paul Weller, James Morrison and Manic Street Preachers, the full list of performers reveals.

More than 200 acts will be taking to the various stages during the sell-out festival.

The Other Stage will feature Bjork, Super Furry Animals and Babyshambles.

DJ Fat Boy Slim will host the Dance Village.

Despite capacity being extended to 177,000 this year, the tickets sold out within hours earlier this year.

Glastonbury returns after a year's absence to its Worthy Farm home in Somerset on June 22-24.
