Russia's Profmedia offers buy out Rambler minorities
MOSCOW, Nov 11 (Reuters) - Russia's Profmedia Holding on Wednesday offered to buy out the shares of Russian Internet company Rambler Media (RMG.L) from minority shareholders and said it may delist the company from AIM thereafter.
"The ProfMedia group Acting through its holding company PM Invest Company Limited today launches a reverse accelerated bookbuild to purchase shares in Rambler Media," Profmedia said in a press release.
A source close to the deal told Reuters that Profmedia plans to close the book on the buy out on Wednesday. (Reporting by Dmitry Sergeyev; editing by Toni Vorobyova)
