MOSCOW, Nov 5 (Reuters) - Russia will fine LUKOIL (LKOH.MM) 6.54 billion roubles ($223.7 million) after finding the country's No. 2 crude producer guilty of abusing its market position on refined products, an anti-trust official said. "A decision has been taken to impose a fine of 6.54 billion roubles for abusing its dominant market position," a spokesman for Russia's Federal Anti-Monopoly Service said on Thursday.
