Soccer - Former French international Jean Tigana is negotiating to take over as coach of the Ivory Coast, the French sports daily L'Equipe said.
Contract negotiations with the former Fulham manager, who last worked at Besiktas in Turkey, were at an advanced stage, the newspaper said.
Last month the Ivorian Football Federation decide against renewing the contract of the German coach Uli Stielike.
Soccer - Over 50,000 Real Madrid fans congregated at the Plaza de Cibeles in the centre of the Spanish capital, to celebrate the side capturing their 31st Primera Liga title on Sunday night, local media reported.
After beating Osasuna 2-1 in Pamplona the champions flew back to Madrid and travelled to the city centre in an open topped bus, as the party went on into the early hours of the morning.
