Brit Energy says UK's Torness-1 reactor shut on Wed
LONDON, May 7 (Reuters) - British Energy's BGY.L Torness-1 reactor stopped unexpectedly on Wednesday just over a week after restarting following repairs at the end of April, a spokeswoman for the company said.
"It was unplanned," the spokeswoman said, without giving any further details about the cause of the shutdown at the 625-megawatt reactor in Scotland.
