Seventh fatality in head-on Cotswolds car collision

LONDON (Reuters) - A seventh person has died following a head-on car crash in the Cotswolds on Friday, police said.

"A 34-year-old woman who was being treated for chest injuries in Gloucestershire Royal Hospital was pronounced dead on Saturday," said Gloucestershire Police in a statement.

Five people -- three men, a woman and a 15-year-old girl -- were declared dead at the scene of the accident between Moreton-in-Marsh and Stow-on-the-Wold on Friday night, while a women died in hospital early on Saturday morning.

Two other passengers involved in the crash -- a 10-year-old boy and a nine-year-old girl -- remain in hospital.
