ALMATY, April 8 (Reuters) - Kazakh oil company KazMunaiGas E&P (KMGq.L) on Tuesday estimated a possible annual impact of a new crude export duty on its operations at $800 million and said it would review its production and investment plans as a result.

It said in a statement the duty would be applicable to some or all of the exported crude from its production branches Uzenmunaigas and Embamunaigas, adding that other key production facilities are likely to be exempt.

"Should the new export duty of $109.91 per tonne be applied to the entire export volumes of Uzenmunaigas and Embamunaigas, the estimated annualised financial impact, before income taxes, would be approximately $800 million," it said.

"In light of an increase in the tax burden KMG EP will be undertaking a review of its production, financial and investment plans."
