May 10 (Reuters) - Sports news in brief from around the world:

Soccer-Portuguese Champions Porto have agreed to sell defender Jose Bosingwa to Chelsea, the sports daily O Jogo said on Saturday.

Porto were not available for comment.

The 25-year-old Kinshasa-born Portuguese international, regarded as one of the best right backs in Europe, was reported by media to be moving for a fee of around 20 million euros ($27.4 million) on a five-year contract.

Soccer-Switzerland's Blaise N'Kufo scored two second-half goals to give Twente Enschede a 2-1 home win over Ajax Amsterdam in the first leg of the Dutch playoff final on Saturday. They came from behind after Uruguayan Luis Suarez had put Ajax ahead.

The second leg will be played on Sunday, May 18 in Amsterdam with the winners advancing to the third qualifying round of the Champions League and the losers to the UEFA Cup. Soccer - Romanian champions CFR Cluj completed the double on Saturday by beating Unirea Urziceni 2-1 in the Cup final.

Cluj, who won their first league title on Wednesday, went ahead through Argentine striker Diego Ruiz four minutes into the second half. Ciprian Danalache levelled but Portuguese Antonio Semedo hit the winner midway through the half. (Editing by Rex Gowar)
