ADVISORY-Figaro story on Libya Rafale purchase withdrawn

The PARIS story quoting the newspaper Le Figaro as saying Libya had agreed to purchase 14 French Rafale fighter planes is withdrawn. The paper said it had wrongly interpreted information and would not publish the report in later editions.
