Mirada in live bingo deal with ITV
LONDON (Reuters) - Bingo lovers in Britain will be able to watch live games on television and play on the Internet after Mirada won a contract with ITV to provide interactive digital TV bingo services.
Mirada, an interactive media and games group, will launch the service this month, it said in a statement.
The agreement with ITV covers the technical production and operation of Bingo Night Live, a free-to-play bingo game that will be broadcasted five nights a week, it said.
Mirada expects the new deal to significantly increase revenue from its B2B gambling business this year, it said. It did not disclose the financial terms of the contract.
Brokerage Seymour Pierce said on Thursday it kept its "hold" recommendation on Mirada with a price target of 45 pence.
Mirada shares were up 3.5 percent at 45 pence by 8:40 a.m.
