NEW YORK (Reuters) - Shares of Thomson Reuters Corp opened at C$36.50 (18.30 pounds) on the Toronto Stock Exchange on Thursday.

Three minutes later, the shares were quoted 25 cents lower at C$36.25. On Nasdaq, Thomson Reuters American depositary receipts opened at $191.96.

The company was formed by Thomson's more than $16 billion cash and stock purchase of Reuters.
