Soccer-Euro-France's Ribery suffers knee injury, says coach
ZURICH, June 17 (Reuters) - France playmaker Franck Ribery sufferd a knee injury in the 2-0 loss to Italy that knocked his side out of Euro 2008, coach Raymond Domenech said on Tuesday.
"We think it's a twisted knee but we're not quite sure yet," Domenech, whose team finished last in Group C, told a news conference after the match in which Ribery was carried off.
Ribery, playing on the left wing, injured his left leg falling heavily following a push on Gianluca Zambrotta after just 10 minutes and was replaced by Samir Nasri.
