AMSTERDAM, Feb 18 (Reuters) - Emergya Wind Technologies BV, a Dutch manufacturer of windmills for generating electricity, is likely to seek to list via a stock offering in May, a Dutch newspaper reported on Monday.

Quoting a large shareholder, Henk Keilman, the Financieele Dagblad reported that EWT has already started a "formal process" for seeking a listing to raise 150 million to 250 million euros ($220-$367 million). Keilman has previously said the company was worth 400 million to 600 million euros.

Emerald Ventures, Impax and Rabo Ventures have invested about 15 million euros in the company, which in 2007 with partner Delta built a wind energy farm in the Dutch coastal province of Zeeland.
