FACTBOX: Who owns Borsa Italiana

(Reuters) - The board of the London Stock Exchange (LSE.L) was meeting on Thursday to discuss the terms of a possible 1.5 billion-euro ($2.01 billion) bid for Borsa Italiana, sources close to the situation said.

Among the issues being reviewed is how much of a stake the Italian exchange would have in a combined company, the sources said.

Borsa Italiana is due to hold a board meeting from 1300 GMT.

Below is a list of Borsa Italiana's shareholders:

UniCredit (CRDI.MI) 19.9 percent

Intesa Sanpaolo (ISP.MI) 18.7 percent

Monte dei Paschi di Siena (BMPS.MI) 10.4 percent

Banca Nazionale del Lavoro,
