(Reuters) - One British soldier was killed and two were wounded on Tuesday when their patrol came under attack in southern Afghanistan, Britain's Defence Ministry said on Wednesday.

Here are figures for foreign military deaths as a result of violence or accidents in Afghanistan since the Taliban government was toppled in 2001:

Darling to cut GDP forecast
