Belarussian Kiryienka wins men's points race world title
MANCHESTER (Reuters) - Vasili Kiryienka of Belarus won the men's point race title at the track cycling world championships on Friday.
Kiryienka scored a total of 24 points in the 40-km race.
France's Christophe Ribon was second with 23 and Dutchman Peter Schep third on 19.
