Shares in French hotel group Accor (ACCP.PA) rise 3 percent, the third-biggest gainers on France's benchmark CAC 40 index .FCHI, after broker Oddo Securities raises its recommendation to "buy" from "add".

"The stock's recent underperformance is giving new opportunities," Oddo says in a note, keeping its target price to 43 euros.

"In spite of a price war which is lingering on, visibility has improved on a rebound in demand."

Accor stock has lost 4.6 percent so far this year, compared with a 7.1 percent increase in the DJ STOXX European Travel and Leisure index .SXTP.
