STOCKS NEWS EUROPE-Rentokil outperforms on ML comment

Shares in Rentokil Initial (RTO.L) gain 3.3 percent, topping the FTSE 100 .FTSE leaders board, with the index up 0.3 percent, as BofA Merrill Lynch adds the stock to its business services sector "Most Preferred List".

The broker says it believes that the support services group's upcoming third-quarter results should prompt full-year upgrades and reinforce turnaround potential for the group.

Merrill Lynch also adds plumbing services blue chip Wolseley (WOS.L) and mid cap recruiter Michael Page International (MPI.L) to its business services' "Most Preferred List".

The broker adds outsourcing firm Capita (CPI.L) and packaging group Bunzl (BNZL.L) to its business services sector "Least Preferred List".
