MADRID (Reuters) - Spain's Ferrovial (FER.MC) said on Saturday it had reached a deal with ABN Amro Global Infrastructure Fund with the participation of Faros Infrastructure Partners to sell Belfast City Airport.

The sale for 132.5 million pounds would generate a capital gain of 85.6 million pounds, according to initial estimates, said Ferrovial in a statement. It hopes to close the deal at the end of the month.
