MILAN, June 7 (Reuters) - AC Milan playmaker Kaka will find out on Monday if he is being sold to Real Madrid.

Media reports say Real's new president Florentino Perez has bid around 65 million euros ($92 million) for the Brazilian and the Italian side have said economic necessity may force them to cash in.

"I will speak to Kaka tomorrow evening on the telephone," Milan owner Silvio Berlusconi told reporters on Sunday.

"If it depended on me, he would stay here. Anyway nothing has yet been decided."

The 27-year-old had look poised to join Manchester City for a world record fee of around 100 million euros in January but he turned down the move despite Milan sanctioning his exit.

Media reports have said a Real Madrid doctor has flown out to Brazil, where Kaka is on international duty, and is ready to give him a medical.

Real paid a world record fee in excess of 70 million euros when signing Zinedine Zidane from Juventus in 2001. (Reporting by Mark Meadows; Editing by Ed Osmond; To query or comment on this story email sportsfeedback@thomsonreuters.com)
