Energy-to-construction company Acciona (ANA.MC) shares outperforming peers after media report Italy's Enel (ENEI.MI) close to getting financing to buy Acciona's 25 percent of Endesa (ELE.MC) for about 11 billion euros ($15 billion).

At this price, the deal would give Acciona 8 billion euros in cash to reduce its debt as well as 3 billion euros of renewable assets for its core business, Cinco Dias newspaper reported.

Enel, Endesa and Acciona decline to comment.
