PRAGUE, Nov 9 (Reuters) - Czech power group (CEZPsp.PR) has
signed an agreement to buy a stake in Dalkia's (EDF.PA) (VIE.PA)
Czech operations for 9 billion crowns ($521 million), newspaper
Hospodarske Noviny said, citing an unnamed source.
CEZ will get a 15 percent stake in Dalkia's Czech business
for 3.5 billion crowns, and pay 5.5 billion for a majority stake
in a heating plant in the north of the country.
The paper said the agreement, one of the largest in the
Czech power market, was signed over the weekend.
CEZ and Dalkia spokespeople were not immediately available
for comment.
