(Reuters) - British Airways and Spain's Iberia are in merger talks to create the world's third largest airline.
Following are some key facts about the two airlines:
* THE MERGED AIRLINE:
-- It will be the 3rd biggest airline in the world and have an income of 16.5 billion euros (13 billion pounds).
-- It will have nearly 450 aircraft and travel to more than 200 destinations.
