Hochtief Concessions upbeat on business

By Matthias Inverardi DUESSELDORF, Germany, Nov 9 (Reuters) - Hochtief's (HOTG.DE) infrastructure unit Concessions has detected a pickup in business and wants to use proceeds from its forthcoming stock market launch to bolster growth.
"Hochtief will direct a large part of the proceeds from the launch to Concessions," unit head Peter Noe told Reuters in an interview released on Monday.
"Our business has already bottomed out," Noe said, adding that his unit got a boost in the third quarter from business at the Athens, Duesseldorf, Sydney and Tirana airports.
Noe was also optimistic for 2010. "In some areas, monthly traffic developments are already showing growth compared with the prior year," he said. Continued...
