PARIS, Nov 9 (Reuters) - French defence, security and aerospace company Safran (SAF.PA) plans a bond issue of 500 million euros ($749 million) or more to extend its debt profile, according to three sources close to the deal.
A Safran spokeswoman confirmed it would launch a bond but would not comment on the size or or other detail, adding the specifics of the bond issue would be decided after an investor roadshow beginning in London on Nov. 13.
