Golf-Masters-Kim sets record with 11 birdies at Augusta
AUGUSTA, Georgia, April 10 (Reuters) - American Anthony Kim set a U.S. Masters record by carding 11 birdies in a seven-under-par 65 in Friday's second round.
Kim, who also recorded two bogeys and a double-bogey at the par-four 10th, eclipsed the 10 birdies posted by Zimbabwe's Nick Price en route to a 63 in the third round in 1986.
