Russia sees '09 ferrous metal output down 7 pct-Ifax

MOSCOW, Nov 10 (Reuters) - Russian ferrous metals production will drop by about 7 percent year-on-year in 2009, Deputy Industry Minister Andrei Dementiev was quoted as saying on Tuesday by Interfax news agency.
