MILAN, July 10 (Reuters) - Sweden striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic expressed his delight at returning to training with Inter Milan on Friday despite previously saying he needed a fresh challenge.
Ibrahimovic, Serie A's top scorer last term, has been linked in the media with Barcelona, Real Madrid and Manchester United but Inter's price tag of around 70 million euros ($98 million) means no offers have so far been forthcoming.
"What happens, happens. Now I am happy to be here, I am happy like the first day I came to Inter," he told Inter TV.
Coach Jose Mourinho, holding a news conference on the first day of pre-season training, was not surprised to see the Swede.
"I never thought he could leave," said the Portuguese, who was less happy that players he does not want are still at Inter. Continued...
