STOCKS NEWS EUROPE-Amper up on US security agreement
Shares in Spanish security group Amper (APE.MC) gain over 7 percent after the company announces a strategic agreement with Chertoff Group, a U.S. security and risk management services firm.
The agreement focuses on business development and project execution in the U.S. homeland security market and will boost expected revenues from Amper's international homeland security market by over 200 million euros ($299.6 million) over three years.
Internationalisation is crucial for the future of Amper's security business, with the United States the main market, analysts say.
"The news is positive," Banesto Bolsa say in a note.
