UBS names Jolliffe co-head of debt capital markets
LONDON, Nov 10 (Reuters) - UBS Investment Bank (UBSN.VX) has named Rob Jolliffe as joint-global head of debt capital markets, the bank said on Tuesday.
Jolliffe will be based in London and will work closely with fellow co-head Mike Davidson who is based in Stamford, Connecticut, the bank said.
Jolliffe retired from the markets two years ago when he left Royal Bank of Scotland where he held a similar role. Jolliffe, who reports to Matthew Koder, head of global capital markets, is effectively stepping into the European role left open by David Soanes.
Soanes was co-head of debt capital markets and ran global capital markets for the EMEA region until September when he became Koder's deputy head of global capital markets -- which includes DCM and equity capital markets. (Editing by Jon Loades-Carter)
