AUGUSTA, Georgia, April 11 (Reuters) - Tiger Woods, needing to mount a charge to boost hopes of a fifth Green Jacket, double-bogeyed the par-four first hole in the U.S. Masters third round on Saturday.

Ireland's Padraig Harrington, winner of the last two major championships, made an even worse start as he took a nine at the par-five second.

Co-leaders Chad Campbell and Kenny Perry began with pars at the first to remain nine under, two ahead of 2007 U.S. Open champion Angel Cabrera of Argentina and American Todd Hamilton.

Woods pulled his tee shot into the trees at the first, punched out right of the green and hit a weak chip that caught a swale and ran away 20 feet from the hole.  Continued...
