Shares in E.ON (EONGn.DE), the world's largest utility, are indicated 1.6 percent higher in pre-market trade after the company reports nine-month figures and revises upwards its 2009 outlook for adjusted net income.

The company now expects adjusted net income in 2009 to drop 3 to 5 percent after previously forecasting a decline of 5 to 10 percent. For more double click on [ID:nL0728161]
