Profmedia may spend up to $40 mln on Rambler buyout
MOSCOW, Nov 11 (Reuters) - Russia's Profmedia Holding may spend up to $40 million on buying out minority shareholders of internet company Rambler Media (RMG.L), a source familiar with the deal said on Wednesday.
Profmedia has 54.54 percent of Rambler shares, while 45.46 percent is in free float. The shares closed at $4.725 on Tuesday.
Rambler's current market capitalisation is $72.75 million, according to Reuters data.
