BoE offers to buy up to 189 mln stg corp bonds on Thurs

LONDON, Nov 11 (Reuters) - The Bank of England said on Wednesday it was offering to purchase up to 189 million pounds of corporate bonds on Thursday.

The central bank has been buying small amounts of the securities as part of its quantitative easing programme, which it expanded last week by 25 billion pounds.
